Issue 6: Rose Petals

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. Each rose has a unique meaning depending on colour and its thorns. Some common meanings are romance, beauty, purity, friendship, and sensuality. Based on these meanings and many others, we are also tying in a theme of femininity. So what does this mean for you, the writer? It means stories about love of all kinds, embracing your femininity, girl power feminism, and much more. Feel free to Google added meanings of roses to gain inspiration, just make sure you can tie it in with love or femininity. Submissions open June 1 and close July 1.
